Flaunt is an AI-native SaaS platform that provides multimodal AI agents for social media trends and marketing. Our services include content discovery, content creation, and content distribution tools powered by artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others

Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools, subject to our license to use such content to provide and improve our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI agents is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or distributing it.

7. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzzy Force Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
